So I have this top secret product in my bathroom. It's a hair mousse by Bumble and Bumble that they let me preview...
(Note the package: no label, just a yellow sticky with my name)
I remember the mousse of the old days, sticky, smelly and gave me pimples on my hairline.
Bumble's mousse is dry, airy and doesn't have a single trace of stickiness. I took a handful, coated my wet hair with and started blow drying my hair.
The result: great volume, straight hair, no frizz and I swear my blow dry took less time than usual. Hair mousse is back and I am a fan!

Jet-set Skin SOS
Last week, I flew 22 hours in a row. Bangkok to Tokyo and then Tokyo direct to Washington DC. I am not sure if my skin has ever been as irritated as it was when I got home.
My hands were so dry and cracked my fingers were bleeding and my face had dry flaky patches around my nose and mouth and felt like it was burning.
I rifled through my cabinets and pulled out Darphin's Youthful Radiance Camellia Mask and slathered it all over my face. After leaving it on for 10 minutes my skin cooled down and felt hydrated.
I then put M61's Hydraboost all over my hands and face. The healing tamarind, aloe, and echinacea cleared up the cracking on my hands almost instantaneously.
I had an instant cooling feeling and felt so much better after.
About an hour later I applied La Mer's heavy duty moisturizing cream.
By the next morning my skin was saved.
Trip, good.
22 hours flying, nightmare.
Beauty products, heavenly.
